Flat rate for all orders of any size is $5.95!
Our standard form of shipping is via ground from Rochester, New York. Depending on destination, this method can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is shipped (please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship). We only ship within the USA. There is an additional $15.00 charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. There is an additional $25.00 charge for shipping to Puerto Rico, APO addresses and other US territories.
Our shipping charges include the cost of shipping, packing materials, and customer service.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Dip mixes cannot be returned for a refund. All other products can be returned for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Please email us for directions on how to return an item. After 30 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be given.
